This is not a single session offering, but instead secures your 1:1 spot with me for the next 3 months as space is limited so I can give my clients the best care and attention possible.

A 5-day Food & Mood journal analysis to help us uncover potential patterns and make connections to the symptoms you’re feeling.
A review of your comprehensive 320 symptom Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire to help me uncover the root cause of your symptoms (graph pictured to the right).
